Jaimi Kiger, comes from a diverse family of artists.
While still attending Mason City High School, Jaimi was able to train under local jewelry designer David Lee.
After graduation Jaimi moved to St. Cloud, Minnesota to work for Custom Creations as a bench jeweler handling repairs for J.C. Penny's jewelry departments.
Moving back to Mason City she found her home as a bench jeweler for Hanson-Grunwald Jewelers in Mason City and Hanson Fine Jewelry in Forest City. Jaimi has been an GIA certified gemologist since 1996.
In 2005 Jaimi partnered with Dan Grunwald to form Grunwald & Kiger Fine Jewelers until Dan's retirement in 2023.
Jaimi is a past President of the Iowa Jewelers Association where she also served 17 years on the board.
Jaimi has won numerous jewelry design awards.
Jaimi is active in local charities and has been a mentor to many.
